We track stone quality from quarry extraction to destination port delivery. Here is how we secure your shipment.
Quarry Block Selection
Our geologists inspect raw blocks directly at the quarry face. We check for micro-fissures, density consistency, and aesthetic vein clustering. Only block pieces meeting export standards are transported to our cutting yard.
Precision Slabs Processing
Blocks are sawed into slabs using advanced gangsaw machines. Slabs are treated with high-grade European epoxy resins and backed with structural fiberglass netting, then polished to a mirror finish (+/-1mm thickness tolerance check).
Container Loading & Securing
Crates are loaded into 20ft containers. We secure crates using high-tensile steel wire cabling, wooden wedge floor chocks, and reinforced side brackets. This prevents any shifting during rough ocean voyages.
Customs Clearance & Documentation
We process export customs at Karachi Port, oversee IPPC wood crate fumigation, and dispatch full documentation packages (BL, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Invoices) via DHL to the buyer's clearing agent.
