Product descriptions, sizes, finishes, specifications, transit times, capacities and prices mentioned on this site are for general information and are not a binding offer. Availability, specifications and prices are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice from us.
Onyx, marble, granite and travertine are natural materials. Colour, veining, pattern, translucency and surface features vary between blocks, slabs and tiles, and photographs on this site (including screens and backlight demonstrations) are indicative only. We recommend approving physical samples and, where applicable, slab photographs or a dry-lay report before ordering.
Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. An order is binding only when both parties have agreed the written sales contract or proforma invoice, which sets out price, quantity, payment terms, Incoterms (such as FOB Karachi or CFR), delivery schedule, packing and inspection arrangements. Those documents prevail over anything on this website.
Samples are supplied on the terms stated in our quotation or FAQ at the time of your request. Where the courier cost is reimbursed against a first order, the reimbursement is set out in the sales contract.
